📦 Delivery Terms
- Orders are shipped within the Netherlands and selected EU countries.
- Delivery times are estimated during checkout.
- Delays caused by external logistics partners are beyond our responsibility.
- Please inspect the package upon delivery. If damaged (e.g., torn, broken, crushed), do not accept the package and ask the courier to issue a damage report.
✅ Warranty Conditions
Unless otherwise stated, all products come with a 24-month warranty.
- Damaged or tampered packages must be reported at the time of delivery.
- If the package is accepted, it is assumed to have been received in good condition.
- If the package is refused due to damage and a report is filed with the courier, inform us within 3 days via email or our online contact form with a copy of the damage report.
- Modifications, deformation, or design alterations made by the customer void the warranty.
🔁 Return & Exchange Policy
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Cosmetic products must be sealed and unused to qualify for a return.
- Products with opened packaging, usage signs, or physical damage are not eligible for return.
Return Process:
- Notify us within 14 days via email, customer panel, or contact form.
- Include the original invoice and any accessories or gifts received.
- Return the item via our designated shipping partner – the return cost is covered by us.
- If returned with a different shipping company, the return cost and risks are your responsibility.
- Once we receive the product in perfect condition with the invoice, a full refund will be processed within 14 days.
- No refund will be issued until the product is received and inspected.
- Refund processing time for credit cards depends on the bank; we are not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
