• Orders are only valid after written/email confirmation by us.

3. Payment

• Orders are only shipped once payment has been received in full.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship within the Netherlands and selected EU countries.
• Estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
• Delays caused by external logistics providers are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

• Customers have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.
• The return cost is paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Warranty

• Products come with a 24-month warranty unless otherwise stated.
• Damage due to misuse, alteration, or wear and tear is not covered.

7. Liability

We are not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of data or loss of income, unless due to gross negligence.
